Videographer ( Studio & Podcast Production)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to manage video production for our in-house studio and podcast setup. The role involves handling multi-camera shoots, podcast recordings, lighting and sound setup, post-production editing, and ensuring high-quality visual output for digital platforms (YouTube, social media, branded content, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment (Sony / Canon / Blackmagic preferred)
  
• Experience in podcast recording, multi-cam setup & audio handling
  
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, FCP, DaVinci)
  
• Knowledge of audio software (Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro preferred)
  
• Understanding of lighting techniques for indoor studio shoots
  
• Familiar with social media video formats & trends
  
• Ability to work under deadlines with creative attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

• Coordinate with creative team to plan shoots, scripts, and shot lists
  
• Prepare studio setup for video shoots and podcast recordings
  

Ensure all lighting, audio, and camera gear is ready before production

Production

• Operate camera(s) for studio interviews, podcast recordings, product videos, reels, etc.
  
• Set up and manage studio lighting (softboxes, key light, fill light, etc.)
  
• Monitor and record high-quality audio using studio microphones
  
• Manage live streaming recordings when required (YouTube, Zoom, Social Live)
  

Post-Production

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  
• Basic audio cleanup & mixing for podcasts (remove noise, leveling, intro/outro, etc.)
  
• Add captions, text overlays, brand elements, transitions, and effects
  
• Export and format videos for multiple platforms (short-form, long-form, reels, etc.)
  
• Maintain project file structure & video asset library
