We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and highly skilled Business Development Manager with at least 3-7 years of experience to drive business growth in the video production and VR services space. As part of our team, you will play a key role in generating new business, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the industry.Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for video production and VR services.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the advertising, marketing, and media sectors.Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the video production industry.Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that meet their specific marketing goals.Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, and technology) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.Requirements:3-7 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in the advertising, marketing, or media production industries.Experience in video production, VR, or related fields would be highly appreciated.Strong network and established relationships within the advertising and media industry.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.Ability to think strategically and execute sales plans that align with company goals.A self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with video production agencies or VR service providers.Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and media industry landscape.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Compensation:Competitive salary package in the range of 4.2 LPA to 6 LPA based on experience.Incentives and performance bonuses.
