In this role, you will identify potential clients, engagewith prospects, and create customized pitch decks with the assistance of our post-production team.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Client Identification & Prospecting on LinkedIn: Research and identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry influencers onLinkedIn using advanced search tools and filters. Build a targeted list of prospects based on industry, company size, location, and other relevantparameters.Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach: Develop and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages to initiateconversations and pitch the company’s services. Engage in meaningful dialogues to introduce our offerings (TVCs, branded content, VFX,animation, etc.) and spark interest.Pitch Deck Creation: Assist in creating tailored pitch decks for potential clients. Collaborate with the post-production team to gather and incorporate relevant content, such asproject case studies, videos, and images, into compelling proposals.Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain ongoing communication to nurturerelationships and convert prospects into business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with clients via LinkedIn engagement, including commenting,sharing content, and direct messaging.Content Sharing & LinkedIn Engagement: Manage the company’s LinkedIn profile by regularly posting and sharing relevant content (e.g.,case studies, behind-the-scenes, client testimonials, and industry news). Engage with LinkedIn posts from potential clients, industry influencers, and competitors toincrease visibility and build relationships.Scheduling Meetings & Appointments: Secure meetings with interested prospects through LinkedIn messaging by highlighting the valueof a discussion. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth scheduling and preparation for clientmeetings.LinkedIn Ads & Sponsored Content: Assist in setting up LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting specific industries, job titles, and geographiclocations. Work with the marketing team to create and optimize sponsored posts to reach the right audienceand generate leads. Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.Tracking & Reporting Performance: Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics (e.g., connection acceptance rates, message open rates,meetings booked) and report on lead generation performance. Suggest improvements to strategies based on performance data and insights.Competitor Monitoring & Market Insights: Observe competitor activities on LinkedIn to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in themarket. Share insights with the business development team to refine LinkedIn outreach strategies andmaintain a competitive advantage.
