Hiring For - One of the leading Radio Station | Location : Rajkot

Role : Account Manager - Sales

5 Days Working, Work From Office

KEY RESPONSIBITILES:

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Ideate, conceptualize, and implement new sales strategies and media properties aligned with market opportunities.
Align client requirements with relevant media properties to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
Acquire new clients and ensure incremental business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to proactively understand and anticipate client needs.
Ensure 100% collections as per agreed timelines.
Ensure timely submission of all service-related documentation to the Finance team.

Internal Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with the Sales Head to ensure target achievement.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and timely collections.

External Stakeholder Management:

Clients
Advertising Agencies
Execution & Media Partners

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent degree.
Good experience in Media, Advertising, or related industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Personal Attributes:

Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
High level of adaptability and flexibility.
