Instructional Designer

As a Senior Instructional Designer & Customer Training Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions to ensure exceptional training experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning materials, encompassing eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), microlearning, and blended learning solutions. - Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to create effective learning experiences. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training sessions to customers, both virtually and in-person, ensuring high levels of engagement and knowledge retention. - Develop and maintain customer-facing training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs. - Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery methods. Project Management: - Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives support product launches and updates. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: - Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making data-driven improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4-6 years of experience. - Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,
