Instructional Designer

Position: Instructional Designer

Location Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop & maintain engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.
• Manage and optimize learning content within the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects, including scope and schedule.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing online learning.
• Experience applying adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and development.
• Familiarity and expertise with multiple technologies & modalities, as well as practical experience in the application of training development models.
• Well-versed and extremely proficient in PowerPoint as a design tool, as well as the other Microsoft 365 suite tools.
• Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Camtasia.
• Ability to design creative solutions using an iterative and collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate with global stakeholders and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using generative AI authoring tools for voiceover and animation (WellSaid Labs and Vyond)
• An eye for graphic design & experience with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of Cornerstone Learning Management System.
• A passion for innovation and iteration with the digital future of work and AI in mind.
