Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Content Writer where you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and informative content for our learning platforms. With a focus on storyboarding learning content development and curriculum design you will contribute to creating impactful educational experiences. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts allowing you to balance work and life effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive and engaging storyboards that align with educational objectives and enhance learner engagement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights necessary for content creation.
Design and develop learning content that is both informative and engaging ensuring it meets the needs of diverse learners.
Create curriculum designs that are structured coherent and aligned with learning outcomes.
Utilize instructional design principles to create content that is both effective and engaging for learners.
Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that content is visually appealing and enhances the learning experience.
Maintain a consistent tone and style across all learning materials to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content writing and instructional design.
Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive catering to a diverse audience.
Provide support in the development of multimedia content to enhance learning experiences.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of content development processes and practices.
Ensure timely delivery of content projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of storyboarding techniques and their application in learning content.
Demonstrate proficiency in learning content development and curriculum design.
Have experience in instructional design with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
