Responsibilities:
• Design WBT/ILT/VILT/Blended learning content
• Create storyboards, scripts, curriculum, assessments and SCORM-based e-learning modules
• Work with SMEs, designers and developers to build engaging learning experiences
• Ensure accuracy, quality and alignment with learning objectives
• Manage multiple projects and support QA reviews
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design (EdTech or training domain preferred)
• Strong understanding of ID models and learning theories
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and AI/e-learning tools
• Excellent writing, visualization and communication skills
Location: Bhopal (On-site)
