Job Description

As an Instructional Design Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be responsible for assisting clients from various industries in the domains of Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise to create innovative learning strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate through organizational changes and transitions, contributing to shaping the workforce of the future. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing learning requirements to meet business needs, prioritizing skill gaps, devising learning strategies, recommending suitable interventions, and aligning them with the business objectives. Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored learning solutions will be essential. You will be expected to identify opportunities for incorporating novel learning strategies as per evolving business priorities and needs. Moreover, you will be in charge of setting up projects by defining processes, team structures, work plans, and managing risks effectively. Mentoring a team of instructional and technology designers spread across different locations, guiding them to create high-quality learning solutions, will be part of your role. Managing relationships with ecosystem partners for addressing learning needs and overseeing budgets, timelines, and efforts required for developing diverse learning solutions will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring project performance, reporting progress to stakeholders, adapting learning solutions to changing business requirements, contributing to organizational initiatives, and supporting business development by building client relationships and proposing new work. To excel in this role, you are required to have a background in HR or Learning, along with a Graduate/Post Graduate degree. A professional background in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, MBA, or PMP certification is desirable. Your extensive experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and technology, along with proven expertise in managing corporate learning programs and teams will be critical. Moreover, your ability to lead agile learning projects, provide consulting services, develop strategic relationships, and design innovative learning solutions will be highly valuable. Your proficiency in learner-centric instructional theories, adult learning principles, project management, data analysis, and effective communication will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, experience with eLearning tools and platforms, strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural competence will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position effectively.,
