Job Description

Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of S&C Global Network, you will be responsible for assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as to support clients in managing organizational change and transition processes. By joining this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze learning needs to align with business requirements, prioritize skill gaps, develop learning strategies, and recommend appropriate interventions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored learning solutions, building trusted advisory relationships. - Integrate new and innovative learning strategies into solutions while adapting to evolving business priorities. - Establish project processes, team structure, workplans, and collaborative relationships to ensure successful project execution. - Mentor a team of instructional designers and media/technology designers, guiding them to create high-quality learning solutions. - Manage ecosystem partners for addressing learning needs and oversee budget, scope, timelines, and effort for multiple learning programs. - Monitor project performance, report progress to stakeholders, and adapt learning solutions to meet changing business needs. - Contribute to organizational and practice initiatives, as well as business development by developing proposals and fostering client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate/Post Graduate preferred, with a background in HR/Learning - Professional Background: MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA, PMP certification - 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology - Proven expertise in executing corporate learning programs, leading agile projects, and managing large teams - Experience in developing and delivering learning solutions for technology transformation and leadership programs - Proficiency in working with global teams, consulting clients on learning solutions, and utilizing eLearning technologies - Expertise in a niche area of learning design/technology/experience Note: Extensive knowledge of instructional theories, adult learning principles, project management, and learning technologies is crucial for this role. Additionally, strong analytical, communication, and team management skills are essential for success in this position.
