Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institution/Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead group bookings from schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential institutional and corporate clients to promote group booking packages. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to decision-makers in schools, colleges, and companies. Collaborate with travel agents and booking partners to maximize outreach and bookings. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about offerings and promotions. Maintain and update a database of clients, prospects, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
