Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about offerings and promotions. Maintain and update a database of clients, prospects, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment sector.
