Job Description

Job Location : Pan India Timing: 10 am to 7 pm Indian Holidays. 22 Leaves ( as per pro-rata basis ) : Earned Leave : 15, Casual Leave:4 and Sick Leave -3 Institutional Sales Manager/Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire institutional clients. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective and existing client organizations. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, utilizing market research and industry knowledge. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and to address client needs promptly. Sales Presentations: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to pitch recycling services effectively to potential clients. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, adjusting sales approaches accordingly. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Preferred Industry Type: Recycling Industry (Plastics),Candidate dealing with raw materials (Plastics: LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,Plastic Granules,PET), Rubber,Ferrous,Non Ferrous,Metal,Agrocommodity,Spices,Textile) Networking: Extensive network of contacts within the recycling industry and related sectors, facilitating client acquisition and partnership building. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Result-Driven: Highly motivated, target-oriented individual with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs, revising sales strategies accordingly.
