Institutional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and target institutional clients requiring corporate uniforms, workwear, and industrial clothing.
• Develop a strong pipeline through market research, networking, cold calls, and industry references.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and product samples.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, Admin/Procurement teams, Purchase Managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements related to design, fabric, functionality, and pricing.
• Provide tailored uniform solutions aligned with client branding and safety requirements.
• Ensure timely support, delivery, and service to build client satisfaction and retention.

Market Expansion & Strategy

• Explore new sectors (BFSI, Aviation, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Security, Retail chains).
• Track competitor offerings and industry trends to position the company competitively.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and supply chain teams for customized client requirements.

Negotiation & Contracts

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions with clients.
• Ensure smooth execution of bulk orders while adhering to company margins and timelines.
• Monitor credit terms and payment collections.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain client databases, lead trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and submit revenue forecasts.
• Update management on market developments, opportunities, and challenges.
