As Guud expands its footprint, the company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales Manager to grow its presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee chains, Catering), Corporate, and Institutional sectors. Your Role As the Institutional Sales Manager at Guud, your primary responsibility will be to drive bulk sales of Guud to large buyers and establish strong relationships with decision-makers in various institutions such as hotels, restaurants, food manufacturers, corporate offices, hospitals, and more. Your role will be instrumental in forming partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering revenue growth within the institutional segment. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire institutional clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, hospitals, and corporate offices. - Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Cultivate long-term relationships with purchase managers, chefs, and procurement heads. - Collaborate closely with marketing teams to position Guud as the preferred healthier sugar alternative. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize profitability. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. What We're Looking For - Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food, or beverages. - Strong network within the HORECA and institutional sector. - Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Passion for healthier food alternatives and sustainable products.
