Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in institutional sales for diagnostic products and services. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and laboratory heads. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Tender & Contract Management: Participate in tenders, manage negotiations, and secure long-term contracts with institutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product management to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. Customer Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales processes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Strong understanding of diagnostic products, laboratory workflows, and procurement processes. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
