Role Description

This is a case-to-case and district-wise based role for Institutional Mediation Legal Professionals (Freshers/Experienced), Kerala. The role involves providing institutional mediations, legal advice, engaging in mediation processes, and managing a portfolio of cases for individuals, families, businesses, and governmental entities. The professional will be responsible for meeting law enforcement agencies and government institutions, drafting legal documents, researching regulatory policies, and facilitating negotiation sessions to achieve amicable resolutions. Coordination with legal counsel and clients to ensure compliance with regulations will also form an essential part of the role. This would be a case-by-case basis role, and all 14 district representatives would be reporting to the Cochin office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mediation and Dispute Resolution techniques
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Drafting, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree or relevant certifications in Mediation/Arbitration is a plus
• Capability to operate in a team-oriented and on-site professional environment
• Knowledge of legal frameworks and compliance in the Indian context; familiarity with international legal practices is advantageous
• Freshers with a strong academic record are welcome, while prior experience in legal research or mediation will be an added advantage
