Installation Manager

1. Plan and execute the installation activities at site premises and ensure the activities are carried over with in the agreed TAT's.

2. Assign the site survey, measurement installation and post installation audit to installation specialist and ASP's.

3. Escalation management: Providing resolution to customer escalations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensure that the issue resolved with the TAT.

4.Managing the post installation service requests, ensure the closure with in TAT.

5. Accompany with sales team on critical site meetings with key influencers to provide inputs/clarification on site execution.

6. Raising re-orders post validation of the issue.

7. Inspection at various stages of Site progress.

8. Managing Authorized service partners.

9. Responsible for making various MIS reports.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1. Responsible for the installation services of a territory in building materials industry, preferably with uPVC windows.

2. Experience in Service partner management.

3. Manpower and material planning for site executions, specially retail in nature. (Managing many small projects at same point in time).

4. Expertise in post sales service and escalation management.

5. Providing Technical inputs during installation.
