Oversee multiple installation projects and ensure timely completion.
Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Plan resource allocation, material procurement, and site schedules.Monitor project costs, budgets, and productivity metrics.Ensure compliance with quality control, safety regulations, and customer requirements.Liaise with clients, consultants, and higher management for project updates and issue resolution.Develop installation strategies, process improvements, and performance evaluations.Train and mentor installation engineers and field staff.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical systems.
Project planning and execution skills.Team leadership and people management Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Understanding of safety norms and quality assurance procedures.Effective communication and client-handling skills.

Diploma / B.E./B.Tech with 715 years of installation experience  in Elevator / Escalator industry.
