Installation Manager

**Job Description:** As an Installation Manager at Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd., your role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all installation activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams and multiple stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements - Prepare installation schedules and allocate resources - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and subcontractors - Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors - Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to safety protocols - Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues - Enforce compliance with safety standards - Inspect installation works for quality and correctness - Maintain checklists, test reports, and quality documentation - Update clients on installation progress and milestones - Attend project review meetings and resolve client concerns - Ensure handover of installed systems with documentation **Qualifications Required:** - Experience: 12 - 15 Years - Education: BE/ B Tech/ Diploma (Electrical/Mech.)
