Job Description

ob DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and execute solar power projects at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, installation supervision, quality control, and project progress monitoring. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation, erection, and commissioning of solar PV systems Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors at site Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications Monitor project timelines, safety norms, and quality standards Handle DC/AC cabling, structure installation, inverter placement, and earthing works Coordinate with DISCOM / Net Metering authorities when required Prepare daily site progress reports and share with the office team Identify and resolve site-level technical issues Ensure compliance with MNRE & electrical safety standards
