Job Description – Sales Executive / Manager (Tata EV Charging Solutions)Location: Gurugram, Haryana Company: SunGrid Projects India Pvt. Ltd( TATAEV cannel partner ) Role Type: Full-time | On-site About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Manager to drive sales of Tata Power EV Charging Solutions in Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs), Commercial Buildings, and Institutions across Gurugram. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and closing sales for EV chargers and infrastructure projects. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for EV charging projects in RWAs, commercial & corporate spaces. Meet RWA committees, facility managers, and decision-makers to pitch Tata EV solutions. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to clients. Coordinate with Tata Power and internal technical teams for feasibility & pricing. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for EV charging solutions. Manage client relationships, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in local marketing, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns for EV adoption. Maintain records of sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/Excel. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA (preferred) with 2–5 years of sales experience in Solar, EV, Power, or related industries. Strong understanding of EV charging market, RWA needs, and Tata Power EV products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with RWAs, housing societies, and corporates. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally in Gurugram/Delhi-NCR.
