Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site survey and assess installation requirements.

• Plan and execute bio-septic tank installation according to design specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site staff for smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and operational issues on-site.

• Maintain installation reports, site documentation, and handover records.

• Guide and supervise installation technicians and laborers.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently with minimal wastage.

• Provide basic training to clients on maintenance and operation of the bio-septic system.

Requirements / Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.

• 2-5 years of experience in bio-septic tank or wastewater system installation preferred.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, and civil installation practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.

• Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, and quality checks.

• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

• Valid driving license for site travel.

• Safety-conscious and quality-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local municipal regulations regarding wastewater management.

• Experience in bio-digester systems or small-scale wastewater treatment plants , uPVC Windows.

• Ability to train junior technicians and manage a small installation team.

• Timely completion of installations.

• Minimal rework / errors on-site.

• Client satisfaction and proper handover.

• Safety compliance and zero on-site accidents.

• Proper documentation and ERP / reporting updates.
