As a Computer Network Technician at W Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems, hardware/software, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms. In addition to technical responsibilities, you are expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, report any accidents or unsafe work conditions, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and provide excellent guest service support.
