The ideal candidate should have deep market insight, the ability to build client relationships, and experience in executing B2B solar deals, especially rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

Sales Field Executive – Solar Solutions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Field Executive to join our solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting solar products (Rooftop Solar, On-grid/Off-grid Systems, etc.), and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for solar solutions in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Visit potential clients for meetings and site surveys. Explain product details, benefits of solar energy, and financial savings to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations/proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical/installation team for site assessments and project execution. Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and incentives related to solar. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Good presentation & convincing abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude. Basic knowledge of solar products, renewable energy, or electrical background (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
