Installation Engineer

As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for leading the installation, configuration, and integration of equipment or systems according to technical specifications. This includes collaborating with project managers and clients to understand needs and translate them into installation plans. Your role will involve performing system testing (e.g., calibration, diagnostics) to verify functionality and compliance, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation or startup. Additionally, you will provide training and handover documentation for clients or support teams while adhering to industry and company standards, particularly safety and quality protocols. It is essential to maintain detailed records of installation processes, parts, labor, and service reports, and suggest improvements or optimizations based on installation experiences or client feedback. Your qualifications should include a diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply. You should have proven hands-on experience with the installation or commissioning of specified systems, along with familiarity with tools, instrumentation, and system testing procedures. Technical skills required for this role include an understanding of electrical/mechanical schematics, PLCs, network configurations, or industry-specific protocols (e.g., SCADA, automation systems). On the soft skills front, strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills (both technical and client-facing) are essential. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also crucial.
