Installation Engineer

As a skilled professional in the field of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), you will be responsible for leading the installation, configuration, and integration of equipment or systems as per technical specifications. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers and clients to comprehend their requirements and translate them into comprehensive installation plans. You will conduct system testing such as calibration and diagnostics to ensure functionality and compliance with standards. In case of technical issues during installation or startup, you will troubleshoot and provide effective resolutions. Additionally, you will deliver training and handover documentation to clients or support teams, ensuring a seamless transition post-installation. It is imperative to adhere to industry and company standards, especially focusing on safety and quality protocols. Keeping detailed records of installation processes, parts, labor, and service reports will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Your valuable input in suggesting improvements or optimizations based on installation experiences or client feedback will be highly appreciated. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Diplomas or degrees in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), or a related field. - Experience: Freshers can apply. - Proven hands-on experience with installation or commissioning of specified systems, such as machinery, telecom, or IT solutions. - Familiarity with tools, instrumentation, and system testing procedures. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding electrical/mechanical schematics, PLCs, network configurations, or industry-specific protocols like SCADA and automation systems. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication, both technical and client-facing. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting are essential. - Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and engage in site-based work as required.
