Service Engineer – Machine Installation & Commissioning

About the Role:

We are looking for a field-oriented Service Engineer to join our After-Sales Support Team. The ideal candidate will handle the installation, commissioning, testing, and customer support for our range of industrial machines across India.

This role involves extensive travel to customer sites, coordination during dispatch/unloading, and end-to-end site support including documentation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites across India for machine installation and commissioning
• Supervise machine unloading, placement, and power connection at customer end
• Execute on-site testing, trial runs, and performance checks
• Coordinate directly with customers during project handover and address basic service issues
• Conduct machine training for customer personnel
• Prepare and submit service reports, commissioning checklists, and other related documentation
• Provide after-sales support during warranty period as required
• Ensure proper communication with internal project/sales teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma (preferred) or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine installation or servicing
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and stay at customer sites for extended durations
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Self-motivated, responsible, and field-oriented

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
