We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) . The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical and electrical skills and be willing to travel extensively to customer sites. Responsibilities Install and commission SPMs at client locations (Pan-India) Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues Provide on-site technical support and training to customers Maintain service reports and documentation Coordinate with the design and production teams for service-related feedback Support remote diagnostics and customer queries Requirements Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering 2–5 years of experience in servicing SPMs or industrial automation machines Good understanding of PLC-based systems, sensors, and actuators Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel extensively across India Preferred Skills Knowledge of surface treatment, washing machines, or electroplating automation is a plus Experience with tools like multimeter, PLC diagnostic tools, pneumatic kits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,872.87 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Any Experience in Basic PLC program ? CAD proficiency in Plant layout, dimensioning, and GA drawing. Ability to make the P&I Drawing. Knowledge in MS Office Tools. Able to make the CAD drawing as per the customer's requirement. Ability to convert hand sketch drawings into CAD-level sketches. Basic knowledge in engineering concepts and Engineering drawing is must.
