• Create high-impact Instagram content (Reels, feed posts, Stories, Guides) that showcases home décor products with clear shoppable hooks and strong visual storytelling.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned to product launches, seasonal themes, and campaign briefs; deliver platform-ready assets on schedule.
• Style and stage products for on-camera shoots—select props, arrange composition, and use natural light to produce aspirational lifestyle visuals.
• Edit short-form video and imagery optimized for Instagram performance and conversion; deliver final files plus editable masters.
• Grow and engage audience using interactive features (polls, stickers, Lives) and timely community responses to increase retention and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing on affiliate links, campaign tracking, performance reporting, and iterative optimizations based on analytics.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of Instagram Reels and feed content for home décor, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Strong visual styling skills: product staging, composition, and natural-light photography.
• Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools and apps (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Rush).
• Solid understanding of Instagram growth tactics: hashtags, captions, and engagement mechanics.
• Ability to work remotely and consistently deliver assets to deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; regional language skills are a plus.

• Experience with affiliate tracking, UGC commerce, or creator monetization models.
• Prior collaborations with home décor or lifestyle D2C brands.
