Job Description

You will be joining as an Inside Sales Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to develop, engage, and establish relationships with B2C clients across various regions of India through phone calls. Your key responsibilities will include calling customers for lead assignment, scheduling appointments for SaaS demonstrations, meeting assigned sales targets, conducting detailed demos for customers to address their queries based on business use cases, engaging with customers, following up, and ultimately selling subscriptions for SaaS products. It is vital to adhere to the Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during customer onboarding. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 1 to 6 years of experience in Inside sales or Tele sales. You must be comfortable working extensively on calls and sales-related activities. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for effectively interacting with customers. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory. The ideal candidate will hold a graduation degree from a recognized university.,
