We're Hiring: Google Ad Sales Team Lead

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift | Fixed Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Cabs: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Salary: Up to 16 LPA (Including Variables)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Overview:

Were seeking experienced Team Leads with a strong background in Google AdWords Sales and digital marketing. This is a leadership role requiring a consultative B2B sales approach, team mentoring, and excellent stakeholder management.

Must-Have Experience:

5+ years of overall experience

Minimum 2 years as Google Ads Sales – Team Lead

Strong experience in corporate sales training, B2B consultative sales, and digital marketing

Hands-on exposure to Google AdWords (PPC Sales)

Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce

Background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing international sales

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Team management of new hire batches

Experience in attrition and shrinkage control

TNI (Training Needs Identification) & content creation for sales training

Stakeholder engagement & performance coaching

Critical thinking, decision making, and analytical problem solving

Training & Leadership Competencies:

Exposure to corporate learning & development

Familiar with modern teaching methodologies and e-learning tools

Ability to train on consultative selling, product knowledge, objection handling, etc.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)

Public speaking & sales coaching experience is a plus.
