Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing inside sales activities, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include making sales calls, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing detailed reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
