Job Description

We are looking for a motivated B2B Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a database of potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving conversions through proactive outreach. This role demands excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for client engagement.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and maintain a B2B database of potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Follow up with leads via calls and emails to ensure conversions.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales or tele-sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of IT or willingness to learn.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven in client interactions.
