Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily interaction with potential students and professionals, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
