Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a talented fresher to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and play a key part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Your responsibilities will include making numerous calls daily, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in lead generation through telecalling or cold calling, managing leads, and following up with both customers and the internal sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating lead data in the CRM system, as well as assigning leads to the designated Sales Account Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare marketing reports based on CRM updates, coordinate email campaigns, manage marketing campaigns, and handle vendor relationships. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a willingness to work under pressure, and a readiness to tackle challenges head-on. A graduate in any specialization with a strong background in sales and marketing is preferred. Experience in software sales, familiarity with CRM systems or related ERPs, and exposure to the India, UAE, or KSA markets will be advantageous. This position is based in Kochi and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in a similar capacity and be prepared to contribute effectively to our sales and marketing efforts.,
