This is anindividual contributor role focused on engaging with prospective learners, understanding their careergoals, and recommending appropriate Simplilearn programs to help them succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls
• Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
• Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-4 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tool - Salesforce is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (as required for B2C audiences).
