What You'll Do:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound channels.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other digital platforms to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help implement changes under guidance.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and assist in small automation tasks where possible.
  • Play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-purchase journey for customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as response and ticket handling time, helping the team meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and operations teams to support ongoing improvements.
  • Learn to use data and customer interaction trends to support strategic decision-making across the Customer Experience function.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management or similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to grow with the team.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, support ticketing systems, or customer experience platforms.
