• Product Knowledge & Recommendations: Possess thorough knowledge of store products, services, and promotions to answer questions and recommend items.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock to management.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
