? Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce our HRMS software solutions.
? Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
? Understand basic HR and payroll challenges faced by businesses and explain how our software can address them.
? Assist in scheduling product demos with senior sales team members.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
? Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to follow up on campaigns and events.
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
? Continuously learn about our product features, market trends, and competitors.
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
? 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus).
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.
? Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
? Comfortable making cold calls and following up on leads.
? Basic understanding of HR/payroll concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
? Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
