About the Role

IIM Skills is hiring motivated SBDAs to manage company-provided leads, guide learners through the admission process, and drive enrolments. You will counsel prospects, understand their goals, and help them choose the right program, all while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

* Understand career goals and recommend relevant courses.

* Manage leads end-to-end from first call to enrolment.

* Update CRM and track conversions.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for smooth conversions.

Requirements

* 6+ months of Inside Sales / BDA / Admission Counsellor experience (EdTech preferred).

Strong communication

* Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
