Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, presenting products and services to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and providing support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and expertise in Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
• Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
