Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include proactive outreach to prospective clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The role also involves utilizing effective communication skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
