Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential sales opportunities, reaching out to prospects, conducting follow-up communications, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
