Were seeking a motivated Inside sales senior executive to join our team at Clinevo Technologies. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, meet the goals and exceeds sales targets. Objectives of the role Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Monitoring and analysing sales metrics to ensure the performance aligns with company goals. Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Managing the sales pipeline, overseeing the qualification, follow-up, and closing opportunities. Handling complex customer inquiries and negotiations, offering guidance to the team when needed. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities using platforms like LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo. Qualify prospects through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Sales Engagement & Presentations Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. Perform virtual demos and sales presentations of Clinevo’s services. Propose tailored solutions and pricing options based on client requirements. Negotiation & Closing Lead contract negotiations and handle client objections. Close deals efficiently, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management Ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction post-sale. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Inside sales experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in Healthcare, CRO or Pharma industry. Proven capabilities in SaaS or software sales with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with cloud-based sales models is advantageous. 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales role or in a similar leadership role within a sales team. Experience working with international clients (US, EU) or in a global sales environment. Strong understanding of inside sales techniques, lead generation, and closing strategies. Knowledge of US & EU sales regulations and compliance requirements. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools for monitoring sales performance. Expertise in developing and executing successful sales campaigns. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation strategies. Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales metrics to drive decisions and improvements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong business acumen and understanding of Indian market trends. Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred skills and qualifications Advanced degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience in B2B sales - software based products within the healthcare, pharma or CRO. Certifications in sales management or leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Manager). Ability to develop and implement sales training programs. Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting. Ability to handle complex sales negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Location & timings This is a full-time in-person role with the office based in Bengaluru. Working pattern & hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. The timings typically would be US EST time zone but we could align once you onboard.
