Job Description

Responsible for communicating with prospective overseas customers, understanding their requirement, the market condition of the specific country, knowing the local competitors and ensuring smooth sales process.

Job Responsibilities

  • The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
  • To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
  • Build Data Base of Clients
  • Generate Leads.
  • To manage and convert leads
  • To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
  • To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
  • To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
  • Provide in-depth information of the prospective clients.
  • Details pertaining to the generated lead discussions and conversion should be updated real-time
  • Export Documentation.
  • Should follow Export SOP
  • Meet and overachieve the given Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly Targets in terms of revenue as well as volumes/quantities.
  • Maintain effective communication till the time the prospective customer is on-boarded.
  • Quarterly Sales report with following quarter projections with Targets.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
  • Social Media Marketing- Content Creation, Design Approvals, Timely Postings, Feedback Loop.
