As an Export Sales Manager or HOD at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our international sales of Basmati and Non-Basmati Rice. Your expertise in export sales within the Basmati Rice industry will be instrumental in developing and managing relationships with overseas clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to meet company targets. - Establish and nurture strong partnerships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners. - Oversee all aspects of export sales operations, including negotiations, pricing, contracts, and documentation. - Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at various trade shows, exhibitions, and international buyer meetings.
