Job Description

You will be responsible for managing export documentation including LC, BL, COO, Phyto, Invoice, Packing List, etc. You will be required to coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment execution. Additionally, you will handle export order processing, negotiation, and dispatch planning. It will be your responsibility to maintain communication with international clients for order updates and query resolution. You will also be supporting export compliance, customs clearance, and regulatory documentation. Furthermore, you will prepare MIS reports related to export activities. The company deals with Export Sales of Basmati and Non-Basmati rice. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate / MBA in International Business or Foreign Trade - Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales (preferably in Rice Industry) - Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics coordination - Good communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence,
