Job Description

As an Export Sales Manager or HOD at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and growing our international sales of Basmati and Non-Basmati Rice. Your strong background in export sales within the Basmati Rice industry will be essential in developing and managing overseas client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify and build strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners. - Manage end-to-end export sales operations, including negotiations, pricing, contracts, and documentation. - Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international buyer meetings. Required Qualifications & Experience - Graduate degree is a must; MBA preferred. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales specifically within the Basmati Rice industry (mandatory). - Strong network and knowledge of international Basmati Rice markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
