Accounting And Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Executive with 2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoice processing, managing purchase orders, and performing account reconciliations. This role requires a solid understanding of financial procedures, accounting principles, and good communication skills Key Responsibilities : Invoice Management : Verify and process incoming supplier/vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy of billing and compliance with purchase orders and contracts. Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payment status. Purchase Orders (PO) : Create and track purchase orders based on department requests. Ensure PO approval and proper documentation. Match POs with supplier invoices to confirm order accuracy. Reconciliation : Perform regular bank, vendor reconciliations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain financial data and documentation for audits. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. Cross-functional Coordination : Liaise with procurement, operations, and other teams for financial clarity and approvals. Communicate with vendors for payment clarifications and dispute resolution. Key Requirements : Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounts role. Hands-on experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliations. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP,) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
